Window Restoration
Don’t be fooled into thinking you need to replace tired windows!
We offer a full overhaul of your timber windows, be it sashes or casements. We can either collect and breathe new life into your windows in our workshop or complete the work on site. This overhaul includes striping the paint and sand down & removing all the rot. We then join new pieces in to match the profile before filling, sanding, priming & painting. We then add all new furniture and ironmongery. Ensuring your windows are 90% better and more efficient.
Door Refurbishment
Are tired looking doors getting you down?
Don’t panic! Wood Masters of Woking offers a complete door refurbishment service. We will remove the doors and fit temporary ones whilst we work on bringing your ones back to life! This process usually involves stripping back the paint to find the defective areas and cutting these out before fitting new matching pieces and epoxy fillers. We’ll give your door the full tune up by tightening up all the tenons to remove sagging, resetting it back to shape if the door is no longer square, and fit new ironmongery & furniture and paint the door to your requested colour. This work can be done at your home or in our workshop.
Glass Upgrades
We’ll help you see clearly - and save money!
We’re not just wood masters, if your glass is old and tired or even if double glazed units are blown, we can help by replacing or upgrading. In some cases we can upgrade you from single to double glazed units, increasing your homes’ thermal efficiency. Whilst there, Wood Masters of Woking will health check all your seals and ensure they are working as they should be, and on sash windows we ensure the counter weights are heavy enough to operate the sashes. Increasing your energy efficiency and saving you money over the cost of new glazing is why glass upgrades are one of our most popular services!

Have you got fascias or soffits that require attention because of age and wood rot? Instead of replacing them, we can cut out the rot and and join new pieces in. Once sanded and painted you won’t be able to tell where we’ve cut in, you’ll just be able to see the new life in your renewed soffts & fascias - and the money in your bank account you’ve saved by not replacing them with bland and expensive plastic alternatives. them.
